Shamrockers 'n' Whiskey

Screw the green beer. For St. Patrick's Day, these Shamrockers I made are where it's at. It's amazing how holidays have translated so well to names for seasonal versions of The Punk Rock Kitchen's Rock-Out Cut-Outs. So far, there've been Jingle Bell Rockers, Love 'n' Rock-its and now Shamrockers! I haven't thought much about what's next....




I really dig the way these Jameson-inspired cookies came out, though. No doubt I'll be havin' the real thing next Saturday....
