Pastel Pasta for Primavera

For Easter, I made a big batch of beautiful multicolored bowtie pasta using beets, spinach and carrots for the pigmentation. Since I couldn't find directions online about how to shape pasta, I just kinda winged it, but they turned out pretty damn great. Here's how it looked in progress:
